BIOGRAPHY
Mr. Livingston is a member of the Pottawattamie, Southwest Iowa, Iowa State, Nebraska State, American Bar Associations; and the Iowa Association for Justice.
He serves several of these organizations in a leadership position. Mr.
Livingston is currently the president of the Pottawattamie County Bar Association. He is a two year member of the Board of Governors of the Iowa Association for Justice. He is a five year member and current co-chair for the CLE Committee to the Iowa Association for Justice. He continues his eleven-year service to the Iowa State Bar Review School, Inc., as a member of the Board of Directors and immediate past-president. Mr. Livingston also continues to serve on the Endowment Committee for Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Council Bluffs. He has also been recently elected to the board of education for the Lewis Central School District.
