BIOGRAPHY
In addition to a thriving civil practice, Mr. Livingston is engaged in a wide range of local and regional events. He currently serving a second term as president of the Iowa State Bar Review School, Inc., a not for profit company and committee of the Young Lawyers Division that assists individuals in preparing for the Iowa Bar Exam.
Mr. Livingston continues to serve in his elected capacity as a Commissioner on the West Pottawattamie County County Soil and Water Conservation Board. He has also recently been appointed to serve on the Endowment Committee for Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Council Bluffs.
Mr. Livingston maintains memberships in the Pottawattamie, Southwest Iowa, Iowa State, Nebraska State, and American Bar Associations. He is also a member of the Iowa Trial Lawyers Association and serves on the CLE committee. |
